The Prior Lake High School Percussion Ensemble impressed audiences with a fantastic performance at PLHS this past Friday ahead of their trip to Chicago to perform at the 78th Annual Midwest Clinic, International Band and Orchestra Conference being held this week.

This prestigious event, showcasing the finest ensembles from around the globe, marks a major milestone in the ensemble’s history. They are the first-ever Minnesota percussion ensemble invited and the first Minnesota high school group to attend since 1977.

Selection for the Midwest Clinic is a rigorous process, and this honor highlights the ensemble’s incredible talent and the transformative power of music education.
