Ava Thomas, Wave Staff
Senior Ava Thomas enjoys being involved in school as well as activities outside of it. She has been figure skating for over fourteen years, works as a skate school instructor a couple of days a week, volunteers with DREAM adaptive skating, and is on the ice six to seven days a week all year long. She enjoys spending time with the people she has met through skating as well as spending time with her family and five pets. In her free time, she likes to read and travel. So far, she has traveled to Michigan, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Florida. Ava joined the PLHS Wave because she likes writing and hopes to improve her skills throughout college and her remaining time in high school!
